Research Status and Development Trend of Seed Cotton Humidification System at Home and Abroad

探讨国内外籽棉加湿系统的研究现状与发展趋势。籽棉加湿是棉花加工过程中通过调控轧花前籽棉回潮率提高皮棉加工质量的重要途径。根据籽棉加湿方法,国内外籽棉加湿分为热加湿和冷加湿两类。分析了籽棉加湿系统的几种具体机型、结构、工作原理及优缺点。指出了国内籽棉加湿系统目前存在的问题,以及籽棉加湿系统的发展趋势。认为:研发高精度籽棉回潮率在线检测装置、智能化控制系统以及加速籽棉加湿系统推广应用是国内籽棉加湿系统的发展趋势。

Research status and development trend of seed cotton humidification system at home and abroad were discussed.Seed cotton humidification was an important way to improve quality of ginned cotton processing by adjusting moisture regain of seed cotton before ginning in cotton processing.According to seed cotton humidification method,seed cotton humidification was divided into hot humidification and cold humidification at home and abroad.Specific model,structure,working principle,advantage and disadvantage of several seed cotton humidification systems were analyzed.The current problems of domestic seed cotton humidification system and development trend of seed cotton humidification system were pointed out.It is considered that the research of high-precision seed cotton moisture regain online detection device,intelligent control system and accelerating promotion and application of seed cotton humidification system are the development trends of domestic seed cotton humidification system.
