摘要 本文主要介绍自动升降式气动提水机(下简称提水机)工作原理,通过对人机界面及PLC程序设计,可实现提水机根据“鱼厕所”水位变化能自动调节提水机高度,让提水机出水管与“鱼厕所”水面之间的距离保持在设计范围,使得养殖池内循环水体流量基本保持恒定,从而提升提水效率,降低能耗。 This paper mainly introduces the automatic elevating pneumatic water machine(water machine)principle,through the man-machine interface and PLC program design,which can realize water machine according to the"fish toilet"water level chang⁃es can automatically adjust the water height of machine,let the water machine outlet pipe and the distance between the"fish toilet"water remain in the design scope,makes in the breeding cycle basic maintain a constant water flow.Thus,the efficiency of water lift⁃ing is improved and energy consumption is reduced.
