摘要
工业机器人现场示教已不能满足复杂轨迹和工艺的要求,离线编程可以很好的解决这个问题。本实训室建立基于离线仿真编程、机器人的轨迹规划、集成系统的设计以及搭建的实训项目,不仅可以让学习者全面体验现场示教和离线编程的各自优缺点,同时可以为企业、社会提供相关的技术服务。在教学方面,通过仿真软件的练习,可以解决设备不足的问题,同时也可以保护人和设备的安全。引入“岗课赛证”的教学模式,促进学生提升技能。
The on-site teaching of industrial robot can not meet the requirements of complex trajectory and technology,and off line programming can solve this problem.This training room establishes training projects based on off-line simulation programming,robot trajectory planning,integrated system design and construction,which can not only let learners fully experience the advantages and disadvantages of on-site teaching and off-line programming,but also provide relevant technical services for enterprises and soci⁃ety.In terms of teaching,through the practice of simulation software,the problem of insufficient equipment can be solved,and the safe⁃ty of people and equipment can also be protected.Introduce the teaching mode of"post class competition certificate"to promote stu⁃dents to improve their skills.
