乡村振兴背景下美丽乡村图书室建设探析——以廉村为例

On the construction of beautiful rural library under the background of rural revitalization——take Lian Village as an example

推进生态文明、建设美丽乡村文化体系,实施乡村振兴战略,构建乡村旅游特色的图书室是我国美丽乡村文化服务建设的战略需求。笔者在查阅资料和走访调研福建部分美丽乡村后,发现已筹建的图书室、农家书屋存在规划布局不合理,管理混乱等问题,本文以廉村为例,分析美丽乡村图书室建设的重要性、可行性和可持续发展性,并对廉村主题图书室提出了布局创新、储备管理人员选调创新、图书室延伸性服务创新的建议。

Promoting ecological civilization,building a beautiful rural cultural system,implementing the rural revitalization strat⁃egy,and building a library with the characteristics of rural tourism are the strategic needs of the construction of beautiful rural cultur⁃al services in China.After consulting materials and visiting and investigating some beautiful villages in Fujian,the author found that the libraries and rural libraries that had been prepared for construction had problems such as unreasonable planning and layout and disordered management.Taking Lian Village as an example,this paper analyzed the importance,feasibility and sustainable develop⁃ment of the library construction in beautiful villages.The paper also puts forward some suggestions on layout innovation,reserve man⁃agement personnel selection innovation and extension service innovation for the theme library of Lian Village,hoping to bring some developmental suggestions for the preparation of the library of Lian Village.
