摘要 对应用于太阳能PV/T(photovoltaic/thermal)集热系统的相变微胶囊进行热物性的研究。使用激光导热仪对相变微胶囊进行导热系数的测试,并使用差式扫描量热仪(Differential Scanning Calorimeter,DSC)对相变微胶囊的相变潜热进行测试。试验采用控制单一变量法,分析乳化剂种类、超声震荡时间、溶液pH和乳化剂质量对相变微胶囊的相变潜热的影响。通过研究得出,当以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为乳化剂,其添加量为0.45 g,超声震荡时间为10 min,溶液pH为3.5,核壳比为1∶1时,制备的以二十二烷为核、二氧化钛为壳的相变微胶囊的热物性最佳。 In this paper,the thermophysical properties of phase change microcapsules used in solar PV/T(photovoltaic/thermal)heat collection system were studied.The thermal conductivity of the phase change microcapsule was measured by the laser thermal conductivity apparatus,and the latent heat of the phase change microcapsule was tested by the differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The effects of the type of emulsifier,the ultrasonic shock time,the pH value of the solution and the quality of the emulsifier on the latent heat of the phase change microcapsule were analyzed by the control single variable method.The experimental results show that when sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)is used as emulsifier,the dosage is 0.45 g,the ultrasonic shock time is 10 minutes,the pH value of the solution is 3.5 and the core shell ratio is 1∶1,the microcapsules with docosane as the core and titanium dioxide as the shell have the best thermophysical properties.
