摘要
以大庆油田原油为研究对象,与环烷酸、室内模拟污水配制成不同的原油乳状液。通过对各体系的析水率、界面张力和稳定性指数(TSI)的测试,考察了沥青质和环烷酸共同作用对乳状液稳定性的影响。结果表明,随着沥青质和环烷酸质量分数增大,乳状液的析水率从56.0%增加至93.8%;界面张力从0.984 mN/m增加至9.702 mN/m;TSI数值从0.89增加至9.02,说明在共同竞争条件下,环烷酸对原油乳状液的破稳作用大于沥青质的乳化作用。
Taking the crude oil from Daqing Oilfield as the main research object,crude oil emulsions with the asphaltene and naphthenic acid emulsions with different mass fractions respectively were prepared with naphthenic acid and indoor simulated sewage,respectively.The influence of asphaltene and naphthenic acid on the stability of the emulsion was analyzed by measuring the water separation rate,interfacial tension and stability index(TSI)of each system.The results showed that the water separation rate of the emulsion increased from 56.0%to 93.8%under the combined action of asphaltene and naphthenic acid,with the increase of mass fraction of asphaltene and naphthenic acid increasingmass fraction,the water separation rate of the emulsion increases from 56.0%to 93.8%.The interfacial tension increased from 0.984 mN/m to 9.702 mN/m.The TSI value increasesd from 0.89 to9.02,indicating that the destabilizationing effect of naphthenic acid on crude oil emulsion is greater than that of asphaltene emulsification under the common competition.
