摘要
长沙市芙蓉区围绕基层医保治理难题和基金监管难点,探索形成了“一网覆盖、三化融合、五位一体”的网格化监管新模式,实现了医保基金全过程全覆盖监管,医保基金的使用效益持续提升,逐步形成了不敢骗保、不能骗保、不想骗保的社会氛围。
Furong District of Changsha has explored and formed a new grid-enabled supervision model around the diffi cult problems of grassroots medical insurance governance and fund supervision.The whole process and full coverage supervision of the medical insurance fund has been realized,and the use effi ciency of the medical insurance fund has been continuously improved.Gradually formed a social atmosphere of maintaining medical insurance funds.
