摘要
利用了脉冲电沉积的方法制备了Ni-TiC复合镀层,通过对不同工艺条件下得到的复合镀层的硬度、耐蚀性和耐磨性进行观察和分析,系统研究了电流密度、温度以及镀液中TiC颗粒的质量浓度对复合镀层性能的影响。结果表明:电流密度为5A·dm^(-2)时耐蚀性和耐磨性最好;电镀温度为45℃时硬度、耐蚀性和耐磨性最好;TiC颗粒质量浓度为20g·L^(-1)时耐蚀性和耐磨性最好。
Ni-TiC coating was prepared through pulse electric deposition method, and the influences of current density, plating temperature and TiC mass concentration on the hardness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the coating were studied. The results showed that, when the current density was 5 A·dm^(-2), the corrosion resistance and wear resistance were the best;When the electroplating temperature was 45 ℃, the hardness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance were the best;When the mass concentration of TiC particles was 20 g·L^(-1), the corrosion resistance and wear resistance were the best.
