摘要
采用油浴加热通过冰醋酸和EBS反应取代酰胺基上的氢原子来对EBS进行改性,得到最优实验条件。结果表明:制得的改性EBS达到了所需要的润滑要求,具有良好的综合性能。其具有内外两种润滑作用,既能改善高分子材料自身加工特性,又能使制品具有良好的应用性能。
In this experiment, EBS was modified through the reaction of glacial acetic acid and EBS to replace the hydrogen atoms on the amide group under oil bath heating, and the optimal experimental conditions were obtained. The experimental results showed that the modified EBS reached the lubrication requirements and had good comprehensive performance. It had two lubrication effects, both inside and outside, which could not only improve the processing characteristics of polymer materials, but also make the products have good application performance.
