摘要 为充分提取剩余污泥中的微生物蛋白,优化碱热法水解污泥提取蛋白质的工艺条件。以污水厂剩余污泥为实验原料,采用正交实验的方法,研究了反应体系pH、温度T、物料含水率W和反应时间t对回收污泥蛋白质的影响。结果表明,各因素对蛋白质回收率影响程度从大到小依次为:pH、t、T、W,碱热法提取污泥蛋白质的最优工艺条件为:pH=13、t=4 h、T=100℃、W=90%,最优工艺条件下蛋白回收率为63.47%。 In order to fully extract the microbial protein in the excess sludge, the process conditions for extracting protein from the sludge hydrolyzed by alkali-heat process were optimized. Using the excess sludge of WWTP as the experimental raw material, using the method of orthogonal experiment, the effects of pH, temperature T, material moisture content W and reaction time t on the recovery of sludge protein were studied. The results showed that the degree of influence of various factors on the protein recovery rate was determined as follows: pH>t>T>W. The optimal process conditions for the extraction of sludge protein by alkaline heat method were as follows: pH=13, t=4 h, T= 100 ℃, W=90%, the protein recovery rate was 63.47% under the optimal process conditions.
