摘要
介绍了先进控制(简称APC)技术在国内某石化公司乙烯装置裂解炉上的开发及实际应用情况。针对某石化公司乙烯装置裂解炉的运行特点,利用霍尼韦尔公司多变量先进控制软件Profit Controller和TECHNIP公司在线SPYRO裂解反应模型软件开发了裂解炉先进控制系统,实现了在保证装置稳定运行的同时提高目标产品收率、降低装置能耗和增加经济效益的目的。
The design and application of APC on the ethylene cracking furnace were introduced. According to the operation characteristics of ethylene cracking furnace in a petrochemical company, the advanced control system of cracking furnace was developed by Profit Controller of Honeywell’s multivariable advanced control software and TECHNIP’s online-SPYRO cracking reaction model software, and it was realized to ensure stable operation of the plant, improve the target product yield, reduce energy consumption of unit and increase economic benefits.
