摘要 针对造成大气污染的主要污染物之一挥发性有机物(VOCs),阐述并归纳电子束法、介质阻挡放电法、脉冲电晕法三种低温等离子体脱除挥发性有机物技术的工艺特点,介绍低温等离子体几种去除VOCs技术工作原理及研究进展,并分析几种方法的优缺点,对低温等离子体去除挥发性有机物技术的发展方向进行展望。 In view of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) as one of the main pollutants causing air pollution, process characteristics of electron beam method, dielectric barrier discharge method and pulse corona method for removing VOCs were expounded and summarized, the working principles and research progress of several low-temperature plasma VOCs removal technologies were introduced, the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were analyzed, and the development trend of low temperature plasma technology for VOC removal was prospected.
