海上油气田上部设施的饮用水管线在试压完成后、投产之前,通常要进行内部杀菌消毒和冲洗操作,以使管道输送的水质符合有关规定。介绍了用于管线杀菌消毒几种常见的消毒剂和杀菌消毒及内冲洗操作的施工要求,包括施工准备、操作过程、注意事项等。

After the completion of pressure test and before putting into production, the drinking water pipeline of offshore oil and gas fields usually has to carry out internal sterilization and flushing operation, so as to make the water quality transported by the pipeline meet the relevant regulations. In this paper, several common disinfectants and the construction requirements of internal flushing operation for pipeline sterilization and disinfection were mainly introduced, including construction preparation, operation process and matters needing attention.
