摘要
某海上气田陆地终端由于上游气源发生变化,终端进站天然气中CO_(2)摩尔分数达到了13%~16%,无法满足商品天然气的标准要求,需要增加一套天然气脱碳装置,脱碳工艺选择活化MDEA胺法脱碳,脱碳再生塔尾气中含有VOCs,且超出排放标准,需要对其进行处理,通过软件模拟分析及对各VOCs处理工艺方案的比选,最终推荐选用蓄热式催化氧化工艺(RCO)工艺对该脱碳尾气进行处理,满足达标排放的要求。
Due to changes in the upstream gas source at the onshore terminal of an offshore gas field, the CO_(2) mole fraction in the terminal incoming natural gas reached 13%~16%, which could not meet the standard requirements of commercial natural gas. A set of natural gas decarbonization equipment was needed. The activate MDEA amine decarburization process was selected. The exhaust gas of the decarbonization regeneration tower contained VOCs, and it exceeded the emission standard. Through software simulation analysis and comparison of various VOCs treatment processes, it was finally recommended to use the RCO process for the decarbonization tail gas to meet the emission requirements.
