摘要 延长油田具有低产出、低丰度、低渗透的特点,而水平井具有泄油面积大、穿透油层长、产液量明显高于其他井以及经济效益显著等诸多优点,在油田开发中发挥着越来越重要的作用。延长油田目前有正常生产水平井800余口,这部分水平井产油量平均为普通油井的几倍或几十倍左右,因此需要针对水平井开展机采参数优化和故障诊断等技术研究,并结合物联网技术,提高水平井整体管理水平。 Yanchang oilfield has the characteristics of low output, low abundance and low permeability, while horizontal wells have many advantages such as large drainage area, long oil penetration, significantly higher fluid production than other wells and significant economic benefits, which play an increasingly important role in oilfield development. At present, there are more than 800 normal horizontal wells in Yanchang oilfield, and the oil production of these horizontal wells is on average several times or dozens of times that of ordinary oil wells. Therefore, technical studies such as optimization of mechanical production parameters and fault diagnosis should be carried out for horizontal wells, and the overall management level of horizontal wells should be improved by combining internet of things technology.
