大学专业结构的调整必须与社会需求的变化相适应。我国经济结构的转型升级,对投资学专业人才的培养提出了新的更高要求,投资学专业人才培养的重要性将更加突出。为了适应经济结构转型升级的要求,投资学专业应着力培养复合型、创新型和开放型的人才。不同类型的学校办学条件、学生来源、师资力量不尽相同,必须走特色发展之路,应制定差异化的人才培养目标和教学方案,增强学生的自主选择性,大力改革教学方式和方法,积极运用现代教学技术手段。

Major restructuring in universities shall follow the change of social demand.The transformation and upgrading of China's economic structure has generated higher requirements for and greater significance of the cultivation of investment professionals.In this regard,majors related to investment studies should focus on cultivating inter-disciplinary talent that are creative and open-minded.As different types of universities have different conditions for running schools,sources of students and faculty,they must take different paths of development,setting customized cultivation objectives and teaching programs for students to choose from,and reforming teaching methodologies with modern technology.
