摘要
文中就受海上作业风、浪、流等因素的影响,针对船用起重机吊重的摇摆问题,设计了机械减摇装置,对其进行了静力学分析,结合船用起重机减摇装置的运行原理,设计了恒张力补偿系统液压原理图,通过AMEsim和Simulink软件建立液压控制系统并进行仿真测试。结果表明:在不同负载工况下,液压马达对外输出的压力、流量以及转速均能保持恒定,该船用起重机的减摇装置能够实现对牵引索的恒张力控制,液压系统的动态性能满足控制理论的设计要求。
When working at sea,influenced by wind,wave,current and other factors,the load of ship cranes is prone to swing.Considering this problem,a mechanical anti-swing device was designed whose static analysis was carried out.Combined with the operation principle of anti-swing device of ship cranes,the hydraulic schematic diagram of constant tension compensation system was drawn.By using AMEsim and Simulink software,the hydraulic control system was established and simulated.Results show that the pressure,flow rate and rotating speed of the hydraulic motor do not change with the change of load conditions,and the anti-swing device of the ship crane can ensure the constant tension of the traction cable,and the dynamic performance of the hydraulic system meets the design requirements of relevant control theories.
