缆载起重机是悬索桥主梁安装施工的专用设备,随着我国悬索桥技术的快速发展,其应用也日益广泛。武汉鹦鹉洲长江大桥建设时,国内已出现了起重量达500 t的缆载起重机,而武汉杨泗港长江大桥、连镇铁路五峰山长江大桥这2座千米级特长悬索桥的建设,对缆载起重机的性能提出了更高的要求。文中详细叙述了900 t缆载起重机的总体方案选择、主要技术参数、主要结构组成以及性能特点,阐述了该缆载起重机采用的同步控制、快速行走、通用性设计等关键创新技术,为今后其他同类产品的设计提供了参考。

Cable crane is a special construction equipment for installing the main girder of suspension bridge.With the rapid development of suspension bridge technology,its application is becoming more and more extensive.When Wuhan Parrot Island-Yangtze River Bridge was built,cable-loaded cranes with a lifting capacity of 500 t had appeared in China.However,the construction of Yangsigang Yangtze River Bridge in Wuhan and Wufengshan Yangtze River Bridge in Lianzhen Railway which are two kilometers long suspension bridges,requires more stringent performance of cable-loaded cranes.This paper describes in detail the selection of the overall scheme,main technical parameters,main structure and performance characteristics of the 900 t cable crane,and expounds the key innovative technologies adopted by the cable crane,such as synchronous control,fast walking and universal design,which can be used as a reference for the design of other similar products in the future.
