摘要
主要研究某L8VO型恒功率变量柱塞泵在履带起重机行走液压系统中的功率特性。文中通过分析变量泵的控制结构与原理,利用AMESim软件对其进行建模,根据实际参数及计算数据设置仿真参数,研究变量泵功率控制特性对行走液压系统的影响。研究结果验证了仿真模拟的恒功率变量泵正流量控制特性曲线和恒功率控制特性曲线的合理性。正流量控制在负载不超过起调压力时可利用先导压力直接控制泵排量,恒功率控制在负载超过起调压力时可自行根据负载压力调节泵排量,在两种控制下液压马达的转速达到预期值,为变量泵与发动机的功率匹配及节能优化设计提供仿真依据。
In this paper,power characteristics of L8VO constant power variable piston pump in crawler crane traveling hydraulic system are mainly studied.Through the analysis of the control structure and principle of the variable pump,a model was established through AMESim software,and simulation parameters were set according to the actual parameters and calculated data.The influence of the power control characteristics of the variable pump on the walking hydraulic system was studied.Research results proved the rationality of the positive flow control characteristic curve and the constant power control characteristic curve of the constant power variable pump.When the load does not exceed the starting pressure,the positive flow control can directly control the pump displacement by using the pilot pressure.When the load exceeds the starting pressure,the constant power control can automatically adjust the pump displacement according to the load pressure.Under the two modes of control,the rotating speed of the hydraulic motor reaches the expected value,which provides a simulation basis for the power matching and energy-saving optimization design of the variable pump and the engine.
