摘要 限速器作为电梯必备的安全保护装置,当电梯失速或超速达到预定速度时,能有效制停轿厢。为确保限速器达到预定速度时能有效动作,需对其动作速度进行校验。针对传统校验方法存在的不足,本文基于图像识别技术研究新式校验方法和检验装置。利用工业相机拍摄限速器校验的全过程,使用图像识别算法对视频进行处理分析,包括圆心识别、特征识别、速度计算,进而获得限速器的电气动作速度和机械动作速度,并自动判断校验结果是否符合规定。该方法不仅可提高校验效率、准确性、安全性,还可确保整个校验过程具有可追溯性。 As an essential safety protection device of elevator,when elevators reached to a predetermined speed due to stall or overspeed,the speed limiter can effectively stop the car.In order to ensure that the speed limiter can operate effectively when it reaches the predetermined speed,it is necessary to verify its operating speed.Considering shortcomings of traditional verification methods,a new verification method and device are developed based on image recognition technology.The whole process of speed limiter calibration was taken with an industrial camera,and the video is processed and analyzed by image recognition algorithm,including center recognition,feature recognition and speed calculation,so as to obtain the electrical and mechanical speed of speed limiter,and automatically judge whether calibration results meet requirements.This method can not only improve the efficiency,accuracy and safety of verification,but also ensure the traceability of the whole verification process.
