摘要
冶金起重机长期运行在高温、高粉尘的环境中,因工作环境恶劣、制动频繁等极易造成自身结构强度的不断弱化。而对单一位置、单一参数的监测很难反映出冶金起重机的整体健康状况。针对上述问题,文中提出了一种冶金起重机多维健康参数同步监测分析的多视图一体化方法,利用该方法对冶金起重机多维健康监测系统的系统架构进行了优化设计,实现了冶金起重机多维健康参数的采集、存储及上传,并对多维度健康参数进行了健康评估及实时显示。系统实际运行结果显示,对多维度参数联合监测分析得到的冶金起重机的健康状况评估更为全面,具有较好的工程应用价值。
In view of the metallurgical crane’s long-term operation in high temperature and high dust environment,the poor working environment and frequent braking can easily lead to the continuous weakening of its structural strength.However,monitoring a single position and a single parameter can hardly reflect the overall structural condition of metallurgical cranes.considering the above problems,a multi-view integrated method for synchronous monitoring and analysis of multidimensional parameters of metallurgical cranes was proposed.By using this method,the architecture of multi-dimensional monitoring system of metallurgical cranes was optimized,and multi-dimensional parameters of metallurgical cranes were collected,stored and uploaded,evaluated and displayed in real time.The actual operation results of the system show that the health assessment of metallurgical cranes obtained by joint monitoring and analysis of multi-dimensional parameters is more comprehensive and has high application values on engineering.
