摘要
文中重点分析了500 kN/2×160 kN双向门式启闭机的起升机构、高温环境下电动机的选型、大车行走机构、跨外清污机等,对门架结构进行了有限元计算,对该机的联动控制进行了系统研究,最终研发出满足技术参数要求,且具有安全性高、性能优越、结构新颖等特点的设备,为后续的水电站启闭机提供了值得借鉴的经验。
In this paper,the lifting mechanism of 500 kN/2×160 kN bi-directional gantry crane,the selection of motor in high temperature environment,the traveling mechanism of cart,and the outer-mounted cleaning machine were analyzed.The finite element calculation of gantry structure was carried out,and the linkage control of the machine was systematically studied.Finally,a equipment meeting the technical parameters and having the characteristics of high safety,superior performance and novel structure was developed,which can serve as a reference for the subsequent research and development of hoists for hydropower stations.
