摘要
介绍基于微信公众平台的地震应急救援协同联动系统架构与设计,阐述系统的实现技术和各模块功能,并以2020年1月19日新疆伽师Ms6.4地震灾情获取和多方协同联动为例,展示了地震灾区公众、现场指挥部和协同联动成员等多方的信息互通与共享,初步实现地震灾情信息获取和应急指挥的数字化和平台化。结果表明,作为当前新型应急管理模式下的技术支撑系统,地震应急救援协同联动平台能扩展灾情信息收集的渠道,一定程度上转变了现行灾情信息获取和应急指挥的模式,在地震应急信息服务中具有良好的科学性及实用价值。
Introduces architecture and design of earthquake emergency rescue collaborative linkage system based on Wechat public platform,expounds implementation technology and module functions of the system,and takes disaster acquisition and multi-party collaborative linkage of Jiashi Ms6.4 earthquake in Xinjiang on January 19,2020 as an example to show the information exchange and sharing among the public,on-site headquarters and collaborative linkage members in the earthquake stricken area.Then,initially realize digitization and peaceful platform of earthquake disaster information acquisition and emergency command.The results show that,as a technical support system under current new emergency management mode,earthquake emergency rescue collaborative linkage platform can expand the channels of disaster information collection,change current disaster information acquisition and emergency command mode to a certain extent,and has good scientific and practical value in earthquake emergency information service.
