摘要
端羧基和二甘醇的含量是衡量聚酯产品质量标准的2个重要指标。就国内大多数所采用的五釜聚酯生产流程,2段酯化反应决定了产品中的端羧基和二甘醇的含量。针对酯化反应过程中端羧基和二甘醇互相矛盾的控制,调整酯化反应的关键参数,使产品中的端羧基和二甘醇指标达到要求。
The content of carboxyl terminated group and diethylene glycol are two important indexes to measure the quality standard of polyester products.In most domestic five kettle polyester production processes,two-stage esterification determines the content of carboxyl end group and diethylene glycol in the products.In view of the contradictory control of carboxyl end group and diethylene glycol in the esterification process,the key parameters of esterification reaction are adjusted to make the indicators of carboxyl end group and diethylene glycol in the product meet the requirements.
