炼化企业装置大检修污水平衡对策浅谈

Discussion on Countermeasures of sewage balance in overhaul of refinery plant

为避免炼油、化工、烯烃装置停工检修期间排放的污水对污水处理场造成冲击,影响外排达标及整体检修进度。通过对检修期间排放的污水进行分析,制定污水平衡方案。通过留足存储空间超标水暂存缓处理、分质分类专线接收存储、高温吹扫水降温、深度处理保达标等措施,实现了停工检修废水的全部接收,同时外排污水全部达标。

In order to avoid the impact of the sewage discharged during the shutdown and maintenance of refining,chemical and olefin units on the sewage treatment plant,which affects the discharge standard and the overall maintenance progress.Through the analysis of the sewage discharged during the maintenance period,the sewage balance scheme is formulated.By leaving enough storage space for temporary storage and delayed treatment of excessive water,receiving and storage of special line for quality classification,cooling of high\|temperature purge water,and advanced treatment to ensure the standard,all the wastewater for shutdown and maintenance is received,and the discharged wastewater is up to the standard.
