大唐平阴风力发电系统雷电灾害风险评估分析与应用 被引量:2

摘要 根据风电项目的技术数据、闪电定位观测数据以及现场检测的原始数据,依托基于Java平台研发的雷电灾害风险评估业务系统对大唐平阴风力发电系统二期49.5 MW工程开展雷电灾害风险评估。研究得出:风力发电系统所处区域,闪电来向以正西方向占比最高,达26.32%,应重点注意正西方向的雷电防护。1#~33#各风机的人员生命损失值、公众服务损失值及财产损失值均满足现行防雷规范的要求。研究结果为该项目开展下一步防雷减灾安全工作提供了科学依据。 According to the technical data of the wind power project,lightning location observation data and the original data of onsite detection,relying on the lightning disaster risk assessment business system developed based on Java platform,the lightning disaster risk assessment to Datang Pingyin wind power generation system phase II 49.5 MW project is carried out.The research shows that in the area where the wind power generation system is located,the lightning direction in the due west direction accounts for the highest proportion,up to 26.32%.Attention should be paid to the lightning protection in the due west direction.1#~33#the life loss value of personnel,public service loss value and property loss value of each fan all meet the requirements of current lightning protection specifications.The research results provide a scientific basis for the project to carry out the next safety work of lightning protection and disaster reduction.
