摘要
抗生素也称抗菌药物,是治疗细菌感染的有效药物,青霉素的发现是人类抗感染史上的里程碑事件。由于抗生素类药物滥用,致使细菌耐药性现象愈发严重,特别是多重耐药菌和泛耐药菌对人类公共卫生安全造成严重威胁。因此,建立应对细菌耐药性的措施和发现新型抗菌药物日益紧迫,且已引起社会各界的重视。为更好遏制细菌耐药性的产生并为抗菌新药研发提供借鉴,本文从细菌耐药性产生的原因、耐药机制及抗菌药物研发新动向三个方面进行概述。相信随着生命科学基础研究的不断深入,科学管理措施的出台、新型抗生素的问世,细菌耐药过快增长的势头定会得到遏制。
Antibiotics,also called antibacterial drugs,are effective in controlling bacterial infections,and the discovery of penicillin is a milestone in the history for preventing infectious diseases.However,the abuse of antibiotics results in bacterial resistance to modern medicines,especially the emergence of multi-drug and pan-drug resistant bacteria.Therefore,strategies for controlling bacterial resistance and discovery of new antibacterial drugs are urgently needed.Hence,this article summarized the causes of bacterial resistance,the mechanism of resistance,as well as new trend for antibiotics discovery.It is believed that with the progress of life science,the usage of new antibiotics and rational clinical drug use,the resistance of bacterial will be contained.
