腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果以及对卵巢功能的影响观察

Clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal in the treatment of ovarian cyst and its influence on ovarian function

目的:研究腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果及对卵巢功能的影响。方法:2018年1月-2020年10月收治行保留卵巢手术治疗的卵巢囊肿患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组使用传统开腹手术治疗;研究组使用腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗。比较两组患者各项临床指标水平。结果:两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术后6个月黄体生成素(LH)及雌二醇(E_(2))水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术后1周、6周及6个月的抗苗勒管激素水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗卵巢囊肿患者,对卵巢功能有一定的影响,但治疗效果更显著,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal in the treatment of ovarian cyst and its influence on ovarian function.Methods:From January 2018 to October 2020,70 patients with ovarian cysts undergoing ovarian sparing surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery.The study group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal.We compared the index levels of the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).In the study group,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E_(2))at 0.5 year after operation were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)between the two groups(P>0.05).In the study group,the levels of anti Mullerian hormone at 1 week,6 weeks and 6 months after operation were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal in the treatment of ovarian cyst patients will have a certain impact on ovarian function,but the treatment effect is more significant,it is worth promoting.
