牙周牙髓联合治疗与单纯牙周治疗对重度牙周炎的临床疗效及可行性分析

Clinical efficacy and feasibility of combined periodontal and endodontic therapy and simple periodontal therapy for severe periodontitis

目的:分析牙周牙髓联合与单纯牙周治疗重度牙周炎的疗效及可行性。方法:2019年5月-2020年2月收治重度牙周炎患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组接受单纯牙周治疗;观察组给予牙周牙髓联合治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后牙周袋探诊深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)、松动度(MD)及龈沟出血指数(SBI)水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总好转率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙周牙髓联合治疗重度牙周炎的临床疗效显著,值得在临床中广泛应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and feasibility of combined periodontal and endodontic therapy and simple periodontal therapy for severe periodontitis.Methods:From May 2019 to February 2020,70 patients with severe periodontitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group received periodontal therapy alone.The observation group was given periodontal endodontic treatment.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,probing depth of periodontal pocket(PD),plaque index(PLI),mobility(MD)and gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI)were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical improvement rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of periodontal endodontic therapy on severe periodontitis is significant,it is worthy to be widely used in clinic.
