左旋甲状腺素片在妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退治疗中的安全性及对妊娠结局的影响

Safety of levothyroxine tablets in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with hypothyroidism and its effect on pregnancy outcome

目的:探究左旋甲状腺素片在妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退治疗中的安全性及对妊娠结局的影响。方法:2018年6月-2020年7月收治妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者110例,随机分为两组,各55例。对照组实施常规治疗方案;研究组在常规治疗基础上实施左旋甲状腺素片治疗。比较两组不良妊娠结局及并发症发生率。结果:研究组不良妊娠结局发生率及并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者中采用左旋甲状腺素片治疗,可减少不良妊娠结局和并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the safety of levothyroxine tablets in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with hypothyroidism and the effect on pregnancy outcome.Methods:From June 2018 to July 2020,110 pregnant patients with hypothyroidism were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment plan.The study group received levothyroxine tablets in addition to conventional treatment.The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and complications was compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and complications in the study group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levothyroxine tablets can reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and complications in pregnant patients with hypothyroidism.
