结直肠息肉内镜下黏膜切除术与冷圈套息肉切除术治疗效果对比分析

Comparative analysis of the effect of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)and snare high-frequency electrocoagulation in the treatment of colorectal polyps

目的:对比分析内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)与冷圈套息肉切除术(CSP)治疗结直肠息肉的效果。方法:2017年6月-2019年12月收治结直肠息肉患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。试验组采用CSP治疗;对照组采用EMR治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组手术治愈率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用CSP治疗结直肠息肉,有助于提高一次性治愈率,且并发症发生率较低。

Objective:To compare the efficacy of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)and snare high-frequency electrocoagulation in the treatment of colorectal polyps.Methods:From June 2017 to December 2019,60 patients with colorectal polyp were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group.The experimental group was treated with EMR;The control group was treated with endoscopic snare of high frequency electrocoagulation.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The surgical cure rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of EMR in the treatment of colorectal polyps can improve the one-time cure rate and the complication rate is low.
