西帕依固龈液对青少年固定矫治患者牙龈炎的治疗效果观察

Observation on the effect of Xipayi mouth rinse in the treatment of gingivitis in adolescent patients with fixed correction

目的:观察西帕依固龈液对青少年固定矫治患者牙龈炎的治疗效果。方法:选取2018年7月-2020年7月固定矫治的牙龈炎青少年患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例。对照组给予生理盐水含漱治疗;试验组实施西帕依固龈液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后牙龈指数(GI)、牙龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)及口臭评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后炎症指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:青少年固定矫治的牙龈炎患者实施西帕依固龈液治疗,能取得较为理想的效果。

Objective:To observe the effect of Xipayi mouth rinse in the treatment of gingivitis in adolescent patients with fixed correction.Methods:From July 2018 to July 2020,82 adolescent patients with gingivitis who received fixed correction were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with normal saline gargle.The experimental group was treated with Sipayi mouth rinse.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the gingival index(GI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI)and halitosis score of the experimental group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).All the trial group were lower than the control group and were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xipayi mouth rinse therapy was performed in adolescent patients with gingivitis after fixed correction treatment,can achieve a more ideal effect.
