射干麻黄汤联合沙丁胺醇治疗老年支气管哮喘急性发作期的疗效及对呼吸功能的影响

Effect of Shegan Mahuang Decoction combined with salbutamol in the treatment of elderly patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma and its influence on respiratory function

目的:探讨射干麻黄汤联合沙丁胺醇治疗老年支气管哮喘急性发作期的疗效及对呼吸功能的影响。方法:2017年11月-2018年11月收治老年支气管哮喘急性发作期患者94例,按照不同治疗方法分为两组,各47例。对照组单纯采用沙丁胺醇治疗;观察组在沙丁胺醇基础上联合射干麻黄汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中医证候各项积分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1 s用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气流量(PEF)及第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV_(1)/FVC)等肺功能指标水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:采用射干麻黄汤联合沙丁胺醇治疗老年支气管哮喘急性发作期,可明显改善患者临床症状,有效调整呼吸功能,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the effect of Shegan Mahuang Decoction combined with salbutamol in the treatment of elderly patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma and its influence on respiratory function.Methods:From November 2017 to November 2018,94 elderly patients with bronchial asthma were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with salbutamol alone.The observation group was treated with Shegan Mahuang Decoction on the basis of salbutamol.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of TCM symptoms were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,pulmonary expiratory volume within 1 second after treatment(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum vital capacity(PEF)and FEV_(1)/FVC were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion:Shegan Mahuang Decoction combined with salbutamol in the treatment of elderly patients with bronchial asthma in acute attack stage can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,effectively adjust the respiratory function with high safety.
