居家护理对社区老年高血压患者的管理效果研究

Study on the management effect of home care for elderly hypertensive patients in the community

目的:探讨对社区老年高血压患者实施居家护理的管理效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月社区老年高血压患者72例,按照时间先后顺序分为对照组(2018年1-12月)和研究组(2019年1-12月),各36例。对照组给予常规性社区护理;研究组给予居家护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组护理后收缩压和舒张压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后饮食干预、运动干预、定时定量服药及定期测量血压的依从性均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:居家护理的实施可以帮助社区老年高血压患者有效控制血压水平,提高各方面行为干预的依从性,从而达到避免患者病情加重的目的,干预效果显著。

Objective:To explore the management effect of home care for elderly hypertensive patients in the community.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,72 elderly hypertensive patients in the community were selected,they were divided into the control group(from January to December 2018)and the study group(from January to December 2019)in chronological order with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine community care.The study group was given home care.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels after nursing in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of the study group with diet intervention,exercise intervention,regular and quantitative medication and regular blood pressure measurement after nursing was all significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of home care can help elderly hypertensive patients in the community to effectively control their blood pressure levels,improve compliance with behavioral interventions in all aspects,so as to avoid aggravation of the patient's condition,and the intervention effect is significant.
