细节护理对心肌梗死患者心功能的影响及护理质量分析

The effect of detailed nursing on the heart function of patients with myocardial infarction and the analysis of nursing quality

目的:探讨细节护理对心肌梗死患者心功能及护理质量的影响。方法:2017年5月-2020年5月收治心肌梗死患者58例,数字奇偶法分为两组,各29例。对照组采用基础护理;试验组采用基础护理+细节护理。比较两组患者心功能指标水平及护理质量。结果:试验组护理后左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)及左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)水平均低于对照组,左心室射血分数(LVEF)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组服务态度、护理操作、训练干预及药物干预等护理质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细节护理的合理运用,可使心肌梗死患者心功能获得显著改善,并且可以促进护理质量的提升,最终实现有效预后。

Objective:To explore the effect of detailed nursing on cardiac function and nursing quality of patients with myocardial infarction.Methods:From May 2017 to May 2020,58 patients with myocardial infarction were selected,they were divided into the two groups using digital parity method with 29 cases in each group.The control group adopted basic nursing.The experimental group adopted basic nursing and detailed nursing.The levels of cardiac function index level and the quality of care were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)levels of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)level was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality in service attitude,nursing operation,training intervention and drug intervention in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The reasonable use of detailed nursing can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients with myocardial infarction,and can significantly promote the improvement of nursing quality,and ultimately achieve an effective prognosis.
