上海市宝山区高境社区集中隔离点疫情防控数据分析及探讨

Analysis and discussion on epidemic prevention and control data of centralized isolation sites in Gaojing Community,Baoshan District,Shanghai

目的:对上海市宝山区高境社区集中隔离点被隔离人员的流行病学信息及数据进行分析,为社区疫情防控提供参考。方法:选取2020年2-11月上海市宝山区高境社区集中隔离点所有入境集中隔离人员,收集其入境时间、入境国家、所属国籍、新型冠状病毒特异性IgM抗体和IgG抗体、新型冠状病毒核酸检测报告等信息,对数据进行分析。结果:高境社区集中隔离点共收住集中隔离人员1976人,共报告新冠疑似病例38人,其中排除37人,确诊1人;密切接触者125人,密接+疑似病例按国籍比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:新冠肺炎疫情发生以来,入境人数根据月份呈现逐渐上升趋势,并持续维持高位;中国籍者入境人数显著高于非中国籍者,疑似及密接病例频有发生,坚持阻隔管控,加强隔离人员核酸、抗体检测及体温监测,第一时间发现疑似病例,是新冠肺炎防控疫情的关键。

Objective:To observe the epidemiological information and data analysis of the quarantined people in the quarantine point in centralized isolation sites of Gaojing community,Baoshan district,Shanghai,and to provide references for community epidemic prevention and control.Methods:From February to November 2020,all the people who entered a country in the centralized isolation point in Gaojing community of Baoshan district,Shanghai were selected.We analyzed their entry time,country of entry,nationality,new coronavirus-specific IgM and IgG antibodies,and new coronavirus nucleic acid test report and other information.Results:A total of 1976 quarantined people in centralized isolation were admitted at Gaojing centralized isolation point,and a total of 38 suspected cases of new crown were reported,of which 37 were excluded,and 1 was confirmed.125 people in close contact,close contact and suspected cases were compared by nationality,the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Since the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia,the number of arrivals has gradually increased according to the month,and continues to maintain a high level.The number of arrivals of Chinese nationals is significantly higher than that of non-Chinese nationals,and suspected and closely connected cases occur frequently.Adhering to barrier control,strengthening nucleic acid and antibody testing and body temperature monitoring of quarantined personnel,and detecting suspected cases as soon as possible is the key to the prevention and control of the coronavirus novel pneumonia epidemic.
