摘要
目的:比较紫外线照射与空气机消毒用于疾病控制中心的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年3月市疾控中心体检门诊的两个诊室。甲诊室利用紫外线灯进行照射消毒;乙诊室利用移动式空气消毒设备开展消毒工作。比较两个诊室的消毒效果。结果:乙诊室消毒3 h后室内细菌数量明显低于甲诊室,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙诊室消毒4 h后菌落生长总量明显低于甲诊室,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疾控中心选择空气质量较为稳定的空气消毒机,有助于保证门诊内医护人员以及职业病体检人员的健康。
Objective:To compare the effects of ultraviolet irradiation and air machine disinfection in the center for disease control.Methods:From January 2018 to March 2019,two clinics of the physical examination clinic of the municipal center for disease control and prevention were selected.The clinic A used ultraviolet lamps for irradiation and disinfection.The clinic B useed mobile air disinfection equipment for disinfection.We compared the disinfection effects of the two clinics.Results:The number of indoor bacteria in the clinic B was significantly lower than that of the group A after 3 hours of work,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total colony growth in the clinic B was significantly lower than that of the group A after 4 hours of disinfection,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The selection of air disinfector with relatively stable air quality in the center for disease control and prevention is helpful to ensure the health of medical staff in outpatient clinics and physical examination personnel of occupational diseases.
