基于医患关系中矛盾产生的调查分析及干预对策研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究医患关系中矛盾产生的原因及干预对策。方法:2018年5月抽取医务人员369名及群众201名作为调查对象,针对医患关系矛盾产生的原因,以调查问卷的方式进行分析,并制定干预对策。结果:医患矛盾产生分为外部原因及内部原因,各种原因中医务人员及群众之间均存在显著差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过调查发现,医患矛盾产生的原因是多方面造成的,根据分析结果采取干预对策,如加强政府投入,优化设备,加强医患之间的沟通,通过媒体正确引导等干预措施,可改善医患之间的关系,减少矛盾的产生。 Objective:To study the investigation and analysis of contradictions in the relationship between doctors and patients and the intervention countermeasures.Methods:In May 2018,369 medical staff and 201 people from the masses were selected as the survey subjects.The reasons for the contradiction between doctors and patients were analyzed by questionnaires and intervention countermeasures were formulated.Results:The conflicts between doctors and patients were divided into external causes and internal causes.There were significant differences between medical staff and the masses in various reasons,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through investigations,it is found that the conflicts between doctors and patients are caused by multiple factors.According to the analysis results,intervention measures should be taken,such as strengthening government investment,optimizing equipment,strengthening communication between doctors and patients,and correct guidance through the media.In this way,the relationship between doctors and patients can be improved and conflicts can be reduced.
