外来医疗器械管理方法改进与效果评价

Improved management of leased medical instruments and implantables

目的对外来医疗器械管理方法进行改进,以便提高其再处理质量。方法采用相同的纳入与排除标准,选取2019年1月—6月本院消毒供应中心处理的外来医疗器械(2173包,48880件)作为对照组,选取2019年7月—12月本院消毒供应中心处理的外来医疗器械(3912包,77408件)作为观察组。对照组根据外来医疗器械处理标准对外来医疗器械进行管理,观察组在外来医疗器械处理标准基础上,从人员组织架构组建、工作流程制定、信息化管理等方面进行改进。比较改进前后两组清洗不合格率、包装不合格率及无菌物品发放错误率情况。结果观察组清洗不合格率、包装不合格率及无菌物品发放错误率均较对照组下降,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论外来医疗器械采用改进后的处理方法,能有效提高外来医疗器械再处理的质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To improve the quality of sterilisation process for the leased instruments through the improvement of process management.Methods With identical inclusion and exclusion criteria,2,173 packs(48,880 pieces in total)of the leased medical instruments provided by the leasing parties were selected as the control group in the Centre for Sterilisation and Supply of the hospital from January to June 2019,and with the convenience sampling method,another 3,912 packs(77,408 pieces in total)of the leased medical instruments provided by the leasing parties were allocated as the observation group as the observation group from July 2019 and December 2019.The control group was handled and managed following the industry standard for leased medical equipment management and the observation group was managed by improved team structure,process flow-chat and implementation of informative management on top of the management procedure of the industry standard.The two groups were compared in terms of the rates of failure in instrument clearing and packaging as well as the distribution errors.Results The rate of failure in cleaning and washing,the rate of failure in packaging and the distribution errors in the observation group were all significantly lower in comparison with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The improved management in sterilisation of the leased instruments effectively improves the quality of the sterilisation process.It is could be further applied in the handling of leased medical instruments.
