阅读疗法对医护人员气质性乐观、坚毅及幸福感的影响研究

Effect of reading therapy on dispositional optimism,fortitude and well-being of healthcare workers

目的探讨阅读疗法对医护人员气质性乐观、坚毅及幸福感的影响,以期帮助医护人员合理调节和改善负性情绪,增进身心健康。方法于2020年5月至11月,采用便利抽样法,选取本院临床一线医护人员92名,由团队组织带领其阅读具有疗愈作用的心理学书籍,每周阅读1本,共带领阅读书籍24本,时间为24w。分别比较阅读疗法实施前、实施后医护人员气质性乐观、坚毅及幸福感得分情况。结果共88例医护人员完成研究。医护人员气质性乐观、坚毅及幸福感均优于阅读疗法实施前,前后比较,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论阅读疗法可以提升医护人员气质性乐观、坚毅及幸福感,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of reading therapy on dispositional optimism,fortitude and well-being of healthcare workers and help them to adjust and improve their negative emotions reasonably and promote their physical and mental health.Methods With the method of convenience sampling,92 health workers were enrolled.The research team led them to read healing psychological books by one book per week,24 books for 24 weeks.The scores of dispositional optimism,fortitude and well-being of the healthcare workers were compared with the before and after the implementation of reading therapy.Results A total of 88 cases completed the study.Before and after the implementation of reading therapy,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the scores of dispositional optimism,fortitude and well-being among the healthcare workers(all P<0.001).Conclusions Reading therapy can improve the dispositional optimism,fortitude and well-being of the healthcare workers.It could be put in application to healthcare workers.
