中国特色大国外交形象的多维构建

The Multidimensional Construction of the Diplomatic Image of Major Country with Chinese Characteristics

外交形象构建系一国外交话语体系和国际话语权建设中的一个十分重要且复杂的工程,需要跨学科、多维度的知识整合和跨行业、跨部门的协同参与。中国特色大国外交形象构建应以外交形象塑造全过程为核心,从宏观与微观层面进行多维度分析和整体性研究。宏观层面以主客体认知关系(自塑/他塑外交形象构建)、自塑外交形象的转换和传播、形象间性三个要素为主干框架;微观层面可从群体认知、客观源像、形象转换、软性传播、直接形象间性与间接形象间性等方面对外交形象生成进行解析。为推动中国特色大国外交形象的完整构建,应以我为主、兼顾受众,在自塑与他塑对外关系中最大限度地实现“政治等效+形象趋同”。

It is an important and complex project for a nation to shape its diplomatic image in the context of diplomatic discourse system and international discourse power construction.It requires the trans-disciplinary and multi-dimensional integration of knowledge and the cross-sectoral and inter-agency participation and collaboration.Therefore,this paper argues that the construction of the diplomatic image of major country with Chinese characteristics should involve the process of diplomatic image formation process as its core,and conduct multi-dimensional analysis and holistic research from both macro and micro levels.At the macro level,the main framework consists of three main elements,namely the cognitive relationship between subject and object(the making self-shaped diplomatic image/other-shaped diplomatic image),the transformation and dissemination of self-shaped diplomatic image and the inter-imagery.At the micro level,the construction of diplomatic image is analyzed from the perspectives of group cognition,objective source image,image transformation,soft communication,direct inter-imagery and indirect inter-imagery.In order to promote the complete construction of the image of major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics,it is necessary to seize the initiative and give dual attention to the audience,and maximize the realization of"Political Equivalence+Image Convergence"(PEIC)in the process of self-shaping and other-shaping foreign relations.
