摘要
人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)是一种感染皮肤和黏膜上皮的双链DNA病毒,主要以性传播为主,在性行为活跃的男性与女性中感染率较高。宫颈癌、口咽癌、非小细胞肺癌、肛门肿瘤及人类其他疾病的发生均与HPV感染密切相关。研究发现,机体免疫系统中的许多炎性细胞因子对HPV引起的肿瘤具有一定作用,但作用机制目前尚未明确。本文主要研究HPV感染与炎性细胞因子之间的相互作用,以寻求在细胞因子水平预防HPV感染性疾病发生的方法,从而为进一步治疗该病提供一个新思路。
Human papillomavirus(HPV)is a double-stranded DNA virus that infects the skin and mucosal epithelium.It is mainly sexually transmitted,and the infection rate is relatively high in sexually active men and women.HPV infection is closely related to cervical cancer,oropharyngeal cancer,non-small cell lung cancer,anal tumor and other human diseases.Many inflammatory cytokines in the body′s immune system have been found to play a role in HPV induced tumors,but the mechanism of action is not yet clear.This paper mainly studies the interaction between HPV infection and inflammatory cytokines in order to seek the ways to prevent the occurrence of HPV infection at the level of cytokines,so as to provide a new idea for further treatment of this disease.
