基于钠基蒙脱石的地聚合物多孔材料的制备及性能 被引量:3

Preparation and Properties of Porous Geopolymer Based on Sodium Montmorillonite

摘要 以钠基蒙脱石为成孔介质,偏高岭土、水玻璃为主要原料,制备地聚合物多孔材料,结合压汞(MIP)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等测试手段对多孔地聚合物的孔结构、微观形貌进行了表征,探究了水胶比、蒙脱石与水比例对地聚合物多孔材料力学性能的影响,并研究了孔结构,评估了该材料的保温隔热性能。结果表明:水胶比为0.55时,地聚合物28 d抗压强度可达58.2 MPa;水胶比增加,地聚合物抗压强度下降;蒙脱石成孔剂掺量增加或蒙脱石与水比例降低,地聚合物多孔材料抗压强度及干密度降低;当成孔介质体积掺量为60%时,地聚合物多孔材料孔隙率为62.6%,抗压强度为0.3 MPa,导热系数为0.104 W/m·K。 Sodium montmorillonite was used as the pore-forming agent,metakaolin and water glass were used as the main raw materials to prepare porous geopolymer.Testing methods such as mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)were used to characterize the pore structure and porous geopolymers microstructure.Moreover,effects of water-powder ratio and ratio of montmorillonite to water on the mechanical performance of porous geopolymer were studied.The pore structure and the thermal insulation performance of the porous geopolymer was evaluated.The results show that when the water-powder ratio is 0.55,the 28 d compressive strength of the geopolymer reaches to 58.2 MPa.When the water-powder ratio increases,the compressive strength of the geopolymer decreases.When the content of the montmorillonite pore-forming agent increases or the ratio of montmorillonite to water decreases,the compressive strength and dry density of porous geopolymer decreases.When the content of montmorillonite reaches to 60%,the porosity of the porous geopolymer is 62.6%,the compressive strength is 0.3 MPa,and the thermal conductivity is 0.104 W/m·K.
