不同微生物菌剂对平菇菌糠堆肥效果的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为了解微生物菌剂对平菇菌糠堆肥的影响,分别采用3种微生物菌剂对平菇菌糠进行堆肥试验,研究堆肥过程中温度、pH值、EC值的变化趋势,比较不同处理在堆肥前后N、P、K养分和有机质含量及CN的差异。结果表明:不同处理的平菇菌糠经过堆肥发酵后pH值由7.4增加到8.06~8.26,EC值较初始均增加1000μs/cm以上,有机质含量和CN明显下降,发酵完成时堆体总养分含量均>5%,最终CN在18~20之间;添加微生物菌剂能够增加堆体的高温天数,添加微生物菌剂的处理距堆肥表面20 cm处的高温天数(≥50℃)较对照(CK)多2-4 d,菌剂2+菌剂3组合对菌糠有机质降解效果最佳,但所有菌剂对堆体的pH值、EC值、总养分和C/N均没有明显影响。 In order to understand the effects of various microbial agents on Pleurotus ostreatus substrate composting,three kinds of microbial agents were employed in this experiment.The changing tendencies of temperature,pH value and EC value during the composting process were investigated,and the differences of C/N,nutrients and organic matter contents before and after composting in different microbial agent treatments were compared.The results showed that after composting,the pH of the Pleurotus ostreatus substrate in different treatments increased from 7.4 to 8.06-8.26,the EC value increased by more than 1 000 μs/cm compared with the initial value,the organic matter content and C/N decreased significantly,the total nutrient levels of the composts were all more than 5%,and the final C/N was 18-20.Adding microbial agents could prolong the high temperature period of the compost.The period with a temperature ≥50℃ at 20cm depth of the composts treated with microbial agents was 2-4 days longer than that of CK.The combination of microbial agent 2 + microbial agent 3 had the best degradation effect on the organic matter involved in Pleurotus ostreatus substrate,but all microbial agents had no significant effect on the pH value,EC value,total nutrients and C/N of the composts.
