基底颜色及树脂水门汀对可切削复合材料修复体颜色的影响 被引量:2

The effects of substrate shades and resin cements on the color of machined composite materials

摘要 目的:分析基底颜色、树脂水门汀对可切削复合材料修复体透光度和颜色的影响。方法:制备2.0、1.5、1.0 mm厚度Vita Enamic片状试样(n=10)。测量试样及试样水门汀复合体的色度参数。计算相对透光度(TP值)和色差值。结果:试样厚度、树脂水门汀对TP值、粘接前后色差值(ΔE_(1))及试样粘接剂复合体在树脂背景间的色差值(ΔE_(2))具有统计学差异(P<0.001);基底颜色对色差值ΔE_(1)及ΔE_(2)亦有显著影响(P<0.001)。结论:树脂水门汀可改变复合材料的透光性,其修复体颜色受到材料厚度、树脂水门汀和基底颜色的影响。 Objective:To study the effects of substrate shades and resin cements on the translucency parameters(TP)and the color parameters of machined composite materials.Methods:Disk-shaped specimens were fabricated from Vita Enamic with the thickness of 2.0 mm,1.5 mm and 1.0 mm respectively(n=10).A spectrophotometer was used to measure the color parameters of machined composite material disk-shaped specimens and bonded cement-specimens complex(Light+,Neutral,Warm+shades)against on the black and white ceramic tiles and on different substrates(A2,A4,B3,C4 shades)respectively.TP values and the color differences were calculated.Results:The thickness of specimens,the shades and the thickness of resin cements statistically affected the TP values of machined composite materials(P<0.001).The color differences(ΔE_(1))of specimens before and after cementation,and the color differences(ΔE_(2))of cement-specimens complex against the different substrates and the controls(A2 shade background)were significantly affected by the thickness of the specimens,resin cements and substrate shades(P<0.001).Conclusion:The resin cements may change the translucency parameters of machined composite materials,and the final color of restorations is affected by the thickness of materials,the resin cements and the substrate shades.
