基于智能化创伤模拟人的情境教学法在口腔颌面创伤救治技术教学中的应用效果观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探索基于智能化创伤模拟人的情境教学法在颌面创伤基本救治技术教学中的效果。方法:38名本科学员随机分为两组(n=19),两组学员接受同样的颌面部绷带包扎技术的理论教学;试验组利用智能创伤模拟人进行实践技能教学,对照组采用仿真头颅模型。训练完成后,两组学员均在模拟伤员上进行实践技能考核,由固定教员进行评分,对两组学员进行教学方法满意度调查。结果:两组学员理论考试成绩无明显统计学差异,实践技能考试成绩试验组优于对照组;满意度调查结果显示情境教学法更利于激发学习动力和爱伤观念的建立。结论:基于智能化创伤模拟人的情境教学法在本科学员颌面包扎救治技术的训练中能够最大化的提升教学效果。 Objective:To study the effects of scene simulation teaching method based on intelligent trauma simulator(ITS)in the training of combat casualty care of oral and maxillofacial trauma.Methods:38 undergraduate students were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=19)according to the sex ratio.All the students received the same theoretical teaching of bandage technology of oral and maxillofacial area.Students in study group was trained with ITS,and those in control group were trained by traditional teaching method of simulated head model.Before the skill training,all the students participated in the theoretical examination,and practice skill examination was carried after the skill training.The degree of satisfaction of the training method was investigated respectively for the 2 group of students.Results:After the theoretical teaching,there was no significant difference of the examination score between the 2 groups.However,skill test score of the study group was higher than that of the control group.The satisfaction investigation showed that scene simulation teaching method was closer to the actual situation of the combat casualty care,it motivated more learning interesting and help to build the concept of the taking care of the wounded.Conclusion:Scene simulation teaching method based on ITS can improve the teaching effect on the combat casualty care training of oral and maxillofacial trauma.
