摘要
本研究介绍了不同来源的废乳化液减量化处理的实际案例,采用“超滤膜超滤除油+催化氧化(Fenton)+生化”处理工艺,不仅能够有效降低废水COD含量,达到排放标准,还能通过超滤膜超滤除油进一步回收废矿物油,再生处理后作为再生切削液基础油使用。
The actual cases on waste emulsion minimization from different sources was described in this study.The treatment process on ultrafiltration membrane ultrafiltration oil removal and catalytic oxidation(Fenton)and biochemical was applied into wastewater treatment.This technology can not only effectively reduce the value of wastewater COD to meet the emission standards,but also can further recover waste mineral oil through Ultrafiltration membrane degreasing.And the waste mineral oil can be regenerated as the base oil of the recycled cutting fluid.
