摘要
对磁力压边方法研究的发展进行了全面的综述。以磁力的来源对压边方法进行了分类,从理论介绍数值仿真、模具设计和实验研究等几个方面系统梳理和综述磁力压边的研究成果。通过对比分析各种压边方法的优缺点,认为磁力压边方法值得在工程领域进行推广应用。最后对存在的问题和进一步研究方向进行了探讨,对磁力压边的研究具有一定的指导和帮助。
The research on magnetic blank holder method in recent decades is summarized comprehensively.According to the source of magnetic force,this paper classifies and summarizes the magnetic blank holder method from the aspects of theoretical introduction,numerical simulation,design of die and experimental research.By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various blank holder methods,it is believed that the magnetic blank holder techniques are worthy of popularization and application in the engineering field.Finally,some problems and further research directions are discussed,which would provide some assistance for the further researches on blank holder methods.
