某武器分系统箱体加工工艺研究

摘要 铸造铝合金有利于铸造薄壁和结构复杂的铸件,广泛应用于航空工业、动力机械和运输机械制造等领域。某武器分系统箱体采用铸造铝合金加工,针对该箱体机械加工工序多、加工过程报废率高和质量不稳定等问题,通过开展工艺分析研究,找出了该箱体报废率高的原因,优化了加工工艺,提高了箱体的机械加工合格率,同时缩短了加工周期,降低了加工难度和成本。 Casting aluminum alloy is widely used in aviation industry,power machinery and transportation machinery manufacturing,which is beneficial to casting thin wall and complicated structure castings.The case of a weapon subsystem is made of cast aluminum alloy.In order to solve the problems such as more machining procedures,high scrap rate and unstable quality of the case,the technological analysis and research are carried out in this paper,the reason of the high scrap rate of the box is found out,the processing technology is optimized,the qualified rate of the box is increased,the processing cycle is shortened,and the processing difficulty and cost are reduced.
