摘要
针对某生产车间内机床占地空间大、工序繁琐以及加工时节拍差异性大等问题,提出了一种以实现工位节拍平衡为研究目标的布局模型。首先建立数学模型,并通过遗传算法对布局情况进行求解,其次,依照MATLAB软件提供的最优调度在Plant Simulation仿真平台下进行模拟验证,最后对优化前、后的工作站利用率进行了对比。结果表明,优化后的生产线性能得到明显改善,所提方法的可行性及有效性也得到了证实。
Targeting at the issues of large floor space of stations,fussy process and divergence among the rhythm of production line in a workshop,the main subject is to achieve a balance characteristic by raising a layout model.First,set a mathematical model,the layout distribution is solved through the genetic algorithm.Secondly,according to the best schedule obtained from MATLAB,a simulation verification is performed on the Plant Simulation platform.Finally,the utilization of each station is compared after the optimization or not.It turns out that the optimized production line shows a significant improvement,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed.
